Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel this transaction without penalty by e-mailing [email protected] or calling our office at 917.686.3375 no later than midnight of the third business day from the date of this agreement/purchase.

If you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options at least 21 days prior to the event:

• You may have someone substitute for your participation in that program.
• Convert your enrollment (one-time only) to a non-refundable credit that you may apply towards any event offered by LA Studio for up to one full year from your original event date.
• This conference is a limited attendance event. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 21 days of the event, no refund, credit or substitution will be issued.
• Complimentary or discounted enrollment is valid for the event date listed in this confirmation only and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

For digital products:

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email which contains instructions for delivery of your digital product(s.) If you do not receive that email within 10-15 minutes, please notify our office at [email protected] or call 917.686.3375 for assistance. Sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be given.
